Cisco Burger

Cisco Burger (in Long Beach, owned by Jesse James ex-husband of Sandra Bullock) makes good burgers. I had to add that part between the quotes, for my female co-workers that recommended Cisco Burger. Since the whole Jesse and Sandra break up, they won't eat at Cisco Burger anymore. But they thought I should try it, go figure.
Well, like most burger stands on the slightly higher end, they use a nice blend of angus meat. Its a good burger you can pick up real quick for a cheap price. I say, its slightly better than an In & Out burger, but the fries are a lot better (they have great french fries).

Hole in the Wall Burger Joint

Hole in the Wall Burger Joint h'mmm where to start, their burgers are good. You are able to customize, each burger to your liking and most if not all the ingredients are home made. The burgers there are good.
With that said, I know the owner, manager, and staff are reading this (because they told me they would), so I want to give you guys some constructive advise. Everything you guys are doing is good, but their are two things you guys should work on to make things great.

1.- Other than a good burger their isn't anything truely unique about your burger spot. For example, what can I get there that I can get at the numerous other burger spots (h'mmm)? Mostly all the burger spots on the higher end like yours use a blend of angus, etc...Their should be something truely unique about Hole in the Wall Burger Joint.

2.- You guys should work on building a better vibe in your burger spot. Currently, when customers come into your burger joint it has a feel like Fat Burger. But your burgers and materials are of a higher quality than Fat Burger. The vibe should be more exclusive, maybe consider visual closing of the kitchen area and creating a vibe that makes people want to hang out there. I know your place is called Hole in the Wall Burger Joint, but you have actually a fair amount of space inside and outside in the patio area.

You guys do make a good burger, but considering the distance. I need something more at Hole in the Wall Burger Joint to make me want to drive over there (repeatedly).
